I remembered of reading a story of a witness who encountered this big guy around 30 years ago, which he claimed he met them not once but several times plus he once fought with them as they broke into the village of his grandfather's friend and disturbed the villagers for quite sometimes. But everything changed when he and his grandfather came to the village and aided the villagers. According to his story, the creature, which about 3 metres high, with black brown kindof fur, afraid of fire and has an ability to hypnotize people (he said about spirit or something) and put people into asleep. The way to prevent this from happen, you will have to bring along somekind of resin (he never mentioned the resin is from what or where) and the smell of the resin will keeps you awake and denied the effect of the hypnotize. In the night, to know that the creature is around, you will hear the sound of jackals and owls to kind of alerting you of the presence of the creature. The other signs which might help to spot it is this big guy love to stay at cold places, maybe around mountain peak or any place that seems comfortable with this big hairy creature. For places like my country (Malaysia), the favorite spot might be around Banjaran Titiwangsa, obviously (I'm not sure whether I can use this word or else~huhu) around Cameroon Highland, or in deep forest where less human dare to explore the forest, which they love hanging out inside caves or any places far from people. It was said that the creature have almost similar intelligent as human, and have an awful interest towards women (according to what the man said). They remember what you done to them and get ready to be avenged by them if you cross their boarder. There was one time they tried to tracked the creature and it leads them to the nest of the creature and manage to watch the type of the creatures' lifestyle by hiding somewhere near the nest (coat yourself with nature's odour to prevent you from getting spot by the creature as they can smell what you are cookin, means they can smell human). The man spotted that theres' a group of monkeys up on the trees, which looks like they were watching the creature's activities or might be assuming the creature as their leader or their 'noble' figure or something. Then all I know was the man and the people who followed him and his grandfather expel the creature and never been seen again anymore. But all that came with price. Not long after that, one of American businessman was kidnapped by the creature to show their anger towards human. The incident happened back on (i guess) 1967. Well, the story of the lost man was a big news back on that year. I wish I could track down the creature according to the man's story but due to my job, I don't think so. So I wish this article might help the people who have the passion like me to do it for me... I will keep on posting anything that I think might help in tracking down this legendary creature.
